PHW is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with qualifications, including Community Services and Counselling.

PHW specializes in delivering quality training to students from Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities but has equal relevance to anyone in the broader community.

PHW recognises that a large proportion of people from CALD spend a significant amount of time working with within their own communities, trying to assist those across a range of circumstances eg youth at risk, welfare, religion, health, counselling.  PHW recognizes the need for qualified people to better serve their communities and has responded by becoming an RTO that delivers national qualifications tailored to meet the community needs.
